2) Presentation Slides
-As for the aspect ratio of your presentation file (slides), a ratio of 16:9 is recommended. If you submit it at 4:3, both sides of the slide may look black.
-Presentation slides should be made in an MS Power point (2010 or newer version) file for smooth operation.
-Using the provided template is recommended, but not mandatory.
-Use a common font such as Arial, Times New Roman, etc.

-All speakers are requested to visit the preview room no later than 2 hours before their session.
-Please bring your file on a USB flash drive.
-Presenters are requested to check their presentation files to ensure they work correctly in our system.
3. Equipment
-Session rooms will be equipped with a computer running Windows (not Mac), projector and microphone.
-Podiums will be equipped with a monitor, mouse and smart pointer (No keyboard).
-The Slide Note function (Presenter View mode) will be provided by default.
4. Before your Presentation
-Please be sure to keep to the allocated presentation time in consideration of the next speaker.
-Arrive at your session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
-You will be responsible for controlling/advancing your presentation slides.
Poster Presentation

3) Size and Format
-Poster panels are 1m in width by 2.5m in height.
-Poster size should be A0 (0.9m x 1.2m) including the title.
-The labels of poster codes will be on the poster panels by the organizing committee.
4) Regulations and Information
-Presenters must print and attach posters themselves.
-Printed Poster must be prepared in advance; on-site printing will not be possible.
-Poster code will be informed to each presenter with e-mail.
-The poster title, author(s)'s name(s) and affiliation(s) should appear at the top. The message should be clear and understandable without an oral explanation.
-Your poster should be legible from a distance of three feet or more. Charts, drawings, and illustrations should be simple and more heavily drawn.
-Highlight the authors’ names and contact information in case the viewer is interested in more information.
2. Printed Poster Set-up / Removal
-Set-up and Removal must be done during the assigned schedule only. If not, it will be removed by staff without notice and the organizing committee will not take responsibility for any damages or losses.
